Yes, we accept returns only no refunds at this time. As a new company, we can only offer store credit for approved returns.

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the garment has not been worn, washed, or damaged. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, email contact@eved.co with your order details and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send back your item.
Who covers the exchange shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Tzitzit Threads & Custom Orders
All our Tzitzit threads are sourced according to handmade kosher standards. If you have any questions or need more details, please feel free to email us.
We also offer custom requests for different styles of Tzitzit. However, please note that all Tzitzit are made to order, and delivery times vary. Expect a delivery window of approximately 7-20 business days.
How should I care for my EVED clothing?
To maintain quality and longevity:

- Use mild detergent and avoid bleach
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry for best results
- Do not iron directly over prints or embroidery
